Jay is the Senior Director of Client Experience.  He has a long and successful track record of business development, client engagement, and delighted customers. Jay is responsible for building an effective and scalable business development and client management capability at MedSec.

 

Prior to joining MedSec, Jay  held a variety of roles in professional services. Starting out as a technologist, Jay quickly advanced to project, account, and client management. He has experience as both an executive and an entrepreneur in digital marketing and technology with broad experience in strategy development, delivery, profit and loss management and revenue generation. The profiles of his client relationships range from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

 

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern University with majors in Marketing and Management Policy.
